8.0 Offers and promotions
8.1 We may offer new or existing customers special offers from time to time.
8.2 Unless otherwise stated, introductory offers are available to new customers only.
8.3 Previously registered users do not qualify for additional introductory offers unless expressly stated. Previously registered users include any combination of a user account, payment card, payment card holder, delivery address, cardholder address, or household that has previously used the Chefly service.
8.4 Unless otherwise stated, only one discount or promo code may be applied per order, and each code may only be used once for subscriptions.
8.5 Discount codes may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published either directly or indirectly.
8.6 We reserve the right to terminate, modify, replace, or withdraw discounts and offers at any time and at our sole discretion. We may require you to complete checkout to redeem an offer.
9.0 Introductory offer structure
9.1 Where we advertise a fifty percent introductory offer, it means:
9.1.1 Fifty percent off the first weekly subscription order.
9.1.2 Twenty percent off the second weekly subscription order.
9.1.3 Twenty percent off the third weekly subscription order.
9.2 From the fourth weekly subscription order onwards, the subscription will revert automatically to the full standard price.
9.3 Introductory offers are limited to one use per household and a single use per person unless expressly stated otherwise.
9.4 Introductory offers do not apply to prior purchases and cannot be retrospectively applied.
9.5 To receive the discounted second and third orders, you must remain subscribed and eligible. If you pause or cancel your subscription before the discounted period is complete, remaining discounted weeks may be forfeited and are not guaranteed if you restart.
10.0 Referral discounts
10.1 Friend referral discount codes may only be used once and only one referral discount may be applied per order.
10.2 Referral codes cannot be applied to trial orders unless expressly stated.
10.3 Orders placed using referral discount codes cannot be cancelled or refunded. They may be postponed or delayed at Chefly discretion.
11.0 Competitions and prize draws
11.1 Unless otherwise stated, food or prizes given away as part of a competition or prize draw must be claimed within three months of notification.
11.2 Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
11.3 We reserve the right to withdraw a prize where we suspect abuse or violation of competition rules, which will be viewable on the website at the time of the competition.
12.0 Subscriptions and payments
12.1 The purchase of Chefly products is a recurring weekly charge as agreed when you sign up.
12.2 The price of any trial or introductory offer may differ from the recurring subscription price.
12.3 Your subscription renews automatically each week and your payment method will be charged the applicable price excluding discounts or promotions unless you pause or cancel.
13.0 Pausing, cancellation, and changes
13.1 Pausing or cancellation must take place before payment is taken, which is five days before your next chosen delivery date.
13.2 Meal selections must be changed before production deadlines. For Wednesday deliveries, changes must be made before three pm on Fridays.
13.3 Orders not amended before the deadline may already have been produced and may not be cancellable.
14.0 Pricing and price changes
14.1 Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
14.2 We reserve the right to change prices from time to time, including subscription prices.
14.3 Price changes apply to future orders only.
14.4 If a price change affects an active subscription, you may pause or cancel before the next payment is taken. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
15.0 Removal of discounts and charging full price
15.1 If an offer or discount is applied incorrectly, used without eligibility, or used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to remove the discount and charge the full standard price.
15.2 Where an order has already been produced, dispatched, or delivered, we may charge the difference between the discounted price paid and the full price using the payment method on file.
16.0 Fraud, abuse, and misuse
16.1 We may investigate where we reasonably believe an offer, discount, referral, or trial has been misused.
16.2 Where misuse is suspected, we may pause the subscription, remove discounts, charge the difference to full price, or request reasonable verification.
16.3 Where misuse or fraud is confirmed, we may cancel orders or subscriptions, remove discounts, charge outstanding differences, refuse future service, and notify payment providers or authorities where appropriate.
16.4 If an order is cancelled due to confirmed fraud before production or dispatch, amounts paid will be refunded excluding non recoverable processing fees where permitted by law.
17.0 Privacy
17.1 Willa Ltd is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
17.2 We may collect information provided through forms, correspondence, surveys, transactions, and website usage data.
17.3 Information may be used for order fulfilment, payments, dispute management, customer support, feedback, marketing, market research, and service improvement.
17.4 Information may be shared with delivery partners, payment providers, review platforms, legal authorities where required, and third parties where consent is given.
17.5 Personal data may be transferred and processed outside the European Economic Area.
17.6 You are responsible for keeping account passwords confidential.
17.7 While we take reasonable security measures, internet transmission is not completely secure and is at your own risk.
