Grilled Chicken Breast with Black Dahl and Tangled Cabbage
We marinate tender chicken breast in our tikka paste and grill it on flames for blistering perfection. Served with Shredded cabbage (rich in chlorophyll) flavoured with exotic spices and English mustard, mixed with earthy black quinoa (a rich source of fiber, minerals, antioxidants and all nine essential amino acids). Wonderfully filling black Dahl, made of organic black beluga lentils and spices, tomatoes and onions.

Oven roasted butternut squash mixed with cavolo nero and pearl barley (an excellent source of fiber) and tahini, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and honey dressing. Topping of roasted almond flakes.

Our Atlantic salmon from Faroe Islands is marinated in olive oil, lemon juice and rosemary and baked. We serve it with roasted sweet potato, curly kale, quinoa and lentils, mixed with a dressing of lemon juice, tahini, extra virgin olive oil and honey and a sprinkle of toasted sunflower seeds.
