Our team are available via live chat on site from 9am-5pm WEEKDAYS (just click the support bubble in the bottle right hand corner, alternatively email support is available outside of these hours which you can reach at food@eatchefly.com.

Simply choose how many meals you'd like to receive - pick from 4, 6, 9 or 12 meals per week. New meals will arrive at your doorstep each week, just choose from our menu in your account area.

If this is your FIRST order with us, you are unable to edit your meal prefences online. Please contact customer services (food@eatchefly.com) to make an edit. Pausing or cancellation of your order or subscription needs to take place before payments are taken, which are 5 days before your next chosen delivery date. After this your orders for the next delivery date is locked in to avoid any food waste. Changes to your meal selections can be made prior to the deadlines for each delivery day. For Wednesday deliveries - this must be arranged before 4pm on Fridays, and for Friday deliveries - before midnight on Monday. Any changes after this time may not be accepted. Any changes not made before this time will have already been produced and may not be able to be cancelled.

Our meals are ready in as little as 3 minutes. Your meals will come to you fully prepared so you just have to heat them in the microwave or oven. The meals heat up in about 3 minutes (depending on your microwave). You can also use the oven for heating. Our containers are microwave and oven safe up to 180℃. For microwaving, just pierce the film a few times with a fork before microwaving and peel the film off before eating. If you are heating your meals in an oven, please remove the film before putting the tray in the oven.

If you're going on holiday, or just need a break, you can pause your subscription for up to four weeks by visiting your account area. Make sure to inform us of your intention to pause your subscription before renewal.

Your first delivery is free. Subsequent deliveries are charged at £3.99. We deliver nationwide within the UK (except Northen Ireland) and typically arrive between 9am and 5pm on your chosen delivery day via DPD delivery. If you will not be at home during your delivery slot, DPD will leave you box in a safe space. Don't worry our ice packs nad insulation will keep your food safe for up to 48hrs.

Sharing your exclusive referral code earns both you and your friends with discounts and rewards to spend on Chefly. Simply log in to your account to find your referral code and share. Once your friend signs-up for their first order you'll receive the credit within your account. You can keep a track of your balance within your logged-in area.

We do not use any artificial or chemical preservatives. We use natural recyclable packaging and novel vacuum packing technology, which removes air from the food tray and gives each meal a 7-10 day refrigerated shelf life. Please check the “use by” date on the packaging of each meal on thenutrition label as shelf life varies by meal type.

If you’re ever unable to finish your meals within their shelf life, you can always pop them into the freezer for extended storage. If you freeze your meals, be sure to microwave your meal straight from the freezer and add a few extra minutes to your usual cooking time.

Our meals are high in low fat plant based and meat proteins. Many of our ingredients are organic. If you have very specific dietary preferences, you can check out individual ingredient lists for each dish online or contact us at food@eatchefly.com and we can help you select your meals! If you’re unable to find dishes that fit your preferences, be sure to check back frequently as we’re always adding new, exciting dishes to our menu.

We provide a full list of ingredients, nutritional information and a list of allergens for each item on our menu. Simply click on the meal within the menu to view this information. in detail.

All our packaging is 100% recycled & recyclable. That’s right, every single bit. In your boxes you’ll find: -Compressed cardboard trays -Cardboard sleeves -Ice packs (containing marine jelly) -Natural fibre insulation made from recycled denim and polyester (rPET) All items except the insulation can be placed in your home recycling as normal. The marine jelly can safely be disposed of down the sink with no harm to the environment. For the denim insulation, your local council and large supermarkets will have a textile recycling bank that you can take them to.

Our food is neither Halal or Kosher at this time.

Certain dishes are subject to a small surchange added on top of the standard pricing. These include all fish dishes and are clearly marked on checkout.
