Grilled Bavette Steak, Roasted Carrots, Sweet Potato and Tenderstem Broccoli

Bavette steak, flame grilled and slow cooked in sous-vide for 24 hours for extra tenderness, served with roasted heritage carrots and sweet potato and a side of tenderstem broccoli and broccoli florets tossed in extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with toasted pumpkin seeds.

Chicken Breast, Black Dahl and Tangled Cabbage

We marinate the tender chicken breast in our tikka spices and grill it on flames for blistering perfection. Served with Shredded Cabbage (rich in chlorophyll), flavoured with exotic spices and English mustard, mixed with earthy Black Quinoa (a rich source of fibre, minerals, antioxidants and all nine essential amino acids). Wonderfully filling black Dahl, made of beluga lentils and spices, tomatoes and onions.

Mexican Bavette

A dish full of Mexican flavours with just a touch of heat. A base of black beans (for extra protein), sautéed red onions, peppers, jalapenos and sweetcorn, cooked in light coconut milk, flavoured with lime juice and mixed with quinoa. Our Bavette steak is flame grilled and slow cooked in sous-vide for 24 hours for extra tenderness.

Tandoori Chicken

Chicken Thigh marinated in our tandoori paste and flame grilled. Roasted Butternut Squash mixed with Kale and Pearl Barley in Tahini, Lemon Juice, Olive oil and Honey dressing. Topped with toasted Sunflower Seeds.

Chicken Tikka Masala

Our creamy masala sauce is made of tomato, onion and a complex mixture of spices. We mix in roasted cauliflower and chickpeas and serve it on a bed of wild and tandoori rice. Chicken breast is marinated in our tikka paste and grilled on flames for blistering perfection.

Our Atlantic salmon from Faroe Islands is marinated in olive oil, lemon juice and rosemary and baked. We serve it with roasted sweet potato, curly kale, quinoa and lentils, mixed with a dressing of lemon juice, tahini, extra virgin olive oil and honey and a sprinkle of toasted sunflower seeds.

Teriyaki Salmon

We marinate the salmon in our teriyaki sauce and bake it. Served on a bed of wild and basmati rice and vibrant green edamame, fennel and sugar snap peas dressed with rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and olive oil and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.

Chicken Teriyaki

Grilled Japanese chicken breast, served on a bed of wild and basmati rice and a side of tenderstem and broccoli florets, our teriyaki sauce and toasted sesame seeds.

Steak and Mash

Tender sous-vide steak, grilled and slow cooked for 24 hours, served on a bed of mashed nutrient-filled, skin-on red potatoes (for a boost of fibre and potassium) and a side of green beans and roasted cherry tomatoes.

Flame Grilled Chicken Thigh is marinated in our spice mix and cooked in its juices. Served with Wild and Basmati Rice, Roasted Butternut Squash and Roasted Peppers. Dressed with Pomegranate, Cider Vinegar and Olive Oil.

Grilled Aubergine, served on a bed of Wild and Basmati Rice, Black Lentils and Glass Noodles, topped with our Marinara Sauce and a side of roasted Broccoli and Kale. Sprinkled with Nuts and Seeds.
