Mexican Bavette

A dish full of Mexican flavours with just a touch of heat. Kidney beans (for extra protein), red peppers, jalapenos and sweetcorn, cooked in light coconut milk, flavoured with lime juice and mixed with quinoa. Our Bavette steak is flame grilled and slow cooked in sous-vide for 24 hours for extra tenderness. A sprinkle of toasted sunflower seeds.
